- The maximum size of the Die casting die is 800-ton class. We are going to expand this size to a 1,250-ton in 2015. For the Low pressure casting, most parts of the automobile engine and transmission are available.

- How long will it take to receive metal molds?

- It depends on the size, design, scope of support, and circumstances. Please ask the person in charge.

- We check the size of the metal mold by each process. In addition, important parts are measured by a three-dimensional measuring machine both in a non-contact and a contact way.

- We provide the same metal molds as many as you need.

- What is the expected production life of general metal mold?

- The Die casting dies can be used for 150,000 to 250,000 shots. This figure depends on the part complexity and the casting condition.

- We carry out dimension measurement by the three-dimensional measuring device in contact and noncontact way.

- If the parts design are simple, it is basically possible. However it depends on the design.
