Experienced engineers supported the customer to produce　metal molds as required. Through our technology, we have provided full support, from casting-planning to pre mass production.

Result: Out customer launched the mass production line as scheduled. They have been continuing the production.

We made prototypes and fed them into the production line after material inspection. As the parts passed the quality inspection, we provided the molds to a customer's overseas factory.

Result: The molds enabled the customer a vertical take-off, a maximum production from the start, at their overseas factory.

We provided not only metal molds but also full technical support in order to solve problems for mass production.

Result: The customer could launch mass production as scheduled.

We have a revision history of prototypes. This enables us to produce a previous model repeatedly. We provided to our customer's overseas factory with metal molds which were same models as used in their Japanese factory.

Result: the first products made in the oversea factory were passed quality inspection.

Our lower cost metal molds made it possible to save production costs for the customer who had been bought the molds from other makers. We succeeded to lower the cost through parts procurement from our Chinese subsidiary and cooperative manufacturers. To keep the quality, we have produced cavity shapes which are important for molds, at our main factory in Japan.

Result: We provided metal molds as high-quality as the other maker's products at lower costs.

When our customer needed to produce metal molds more than their production capacity, we supported the production. We kept molds quality high and delivery date to meet the customer's criteria.

Result: Our molds received high evaluation as product level was same as the customer's. We contributed as a cooperative factory.
